15 Pitaya Chia Pudding Recipes
Chia seeds are incredible! Not just for chia puddings but for all sorts of different things.. You can use them to lower the glycemic index of high GI foods, you can use them as a replacement of egg in baking, and you can use them to add extra protein and nourishment to meals! I’ll often find something in Ariella’s lunchbox that I can add a few chia seeds to (smoothie pouch, yoghurt pouch, hummus, a pudding or sometimes even sprinkled on salad! I do it because I really just want to get extra nourishment into her whenever and wherever I can.
