Capsicum, Lentils and Tomato Baby Food Recipe
Capsicum, Lentil & Tomato Baby Recipe
Feeling overwhelmed? When you try a new baby food, watch for constipation. Keep the Baby Constipation Plan on hand so you can act quickly and calmly.
Want a puree that grows into a family meal? This bright red blend is full of fibre, plant protein and vitamin C. It’s baby-friendly from 6 months and transforms into hearty family dishes with our One Meal, Everyone Eats system.

Why this combo works
Lentils bring protein, fibre and iron. Tomatoes boost vitamin C for iron absorption and immunity. Capsicum adds natural sweetness, antioxidants and colour — helping babies love veggies from the start.
Ingredients
- ½ cup lentils
- ½ cup capsicum, chopped
- 1 cup tomato, chopped (basil optional)
Instructions
- Sauté capsicum in a little oil for 5 minutes.
