Beet, Banana & Blueberry Baby Food Recipe
A vibrant, naturally sweet puree that supports digestion, immunity and brain development. Babies love the colour and flavour, and parents love how easy it is to adapt for the whole family.

Why this mix works
Beets are rich in folate, potassium, calcium and fibre — great for digestion and cell growth. Bananas provide prebiotic fibre to feed healthy gut bacteria. Blueberries are loaded with antioxidants and vitamin C to boost immunity.

Baby-Led Weaning Adaptations
6–9 months: Offer soft, finger-sized beet sticks and mashed banana. Puree blueberries instead of whole (round foods are choking hazards).
9–12 months: Chop foods into rice-sized pieces. Serve beet and banana as soft mash, with blueberry puree as a dip.
12 months+: Bite-sized cubes (fingernail size). Combine into pancakes or mini muffins.
18 months+: Larger serves (half a banana, whole soft beet wedges). Encourage self-feeding and chewing practice.
