Lamb and Vegetable Baby Puree (6+ months)

This simple lamb puree is a gentle way to offer an iron-rich meal once your baby is ready for solids.

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cooked lamb
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 1 carrot, peeled and grated
- 1 tomato, pureed
- Pinch dried rosemary leaves (optional)
No added salt needed for babies.
Instructions
- Grate zucchini and carrot. Puree the tomato.
- Cook the tomato puree and lamb together in a small saucepan on medium heat.
- Add grated vegetables and cook ~5 minutes until soft.
- Blend smooth (younger babies) or mash thicker (older babies).
- Freeze into ice cube trays for easy portions.
