Chicken, Potato and Leek baby puree
Chicken, Potato and Leek Baby PureeIngredients:
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
250g chicken, cut into cubes
1/4 leek, thinnly sliced
1 cup home-made vegetable stock or water
Step 1: In a large deep skillet, over medium heat, combine the potatoes, chicken cubes, leek and water or stock and cook until soft. You could also use a Beaba Baby Cook to cook this recipe.
Step 2: Cover and simmer for about 20-30 minutes, adding more liquid as needed to keep mixture from browning.
Step 3: Once chicken and potatoes are cooked through mash with a fork, or puree in a food processor and serve inside a Little Mashies pouch or freeze for later.
Note:You could also use this recipe as a sauce with pasta or rice.
