LITTLE MASHIES

Raspberry Milk Honey Smoothie

Raspberries are extremely nutrient dense, which means that they provide many nutrients for a small amount of calories. The tiny fruit that are joined together to make a raspberry each contain their own seed and each one is a good source of fibre. Raspberries also contain antioxidants.

I have many amazing recipes that contain raspberries - you can get all my recipes now in a printable format by going to http://littlemashies.com/free  I found I was spending so much time replying to emails with printable recipes that I was spending too much time away from my daughter so now I've just set it up so you put your email address in and they will all get sent to you automatically (even the ones I haven't published on here). If you are after older kids healthy snacks or smoothies you can check out my ebooks that are for sale, but for baby food recipes > you get them all for free, and don't worry I'll never share your details :) xox Talisha
