Coco Mango

Most babies throw tantrums during feeding time, making mommies desperately search for alternatives. Mango can be your savior! It is delicious and babies love it! It is also one of the healthiest fruits you can offer to your baby. It contains high amount of vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates. It protects the eyesight, fights microbial infections, helps brain development and is easily digestible. You can serve mango to your baby as a puree are cut into small pieces as first finger food.

Coco Mango

Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 frozen extra ripe banana
2 cups kale - ribs and stems removed (approx 2-3 kale leaves)
1 cucumber
2 drops vanilla
1 cup coconut milk

Instructions:
Step 1: Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender for 1 minute or until smooth

Step 2: Fill Little Mashies reusable pouches via the wide ziplock at the base

Step 3: Serve straight away, store in the fridge or freeze for later. You can also use Mashies frozen as an ice brick to keep your lunch box cool.
