Brown Rice Banana Porridge

Rice is ideal to use as one of the first baby foods. It is rich in vitamins of B complex and protein. It helps in digestive problems and diarrhea, and cultures all around the world have used rice in baby food. In our western culture we often use rice porriage as one of the first cereals baby gets to try.

Rice can be used in so many different ways! I’ve created 4 recipe books that contain rice. If you are a new parent though you can get my first book in downloadable format absolutely free by going to It is full of baby food ideas and has over 50 recipes from the initial phase of starting pureed solids, right through to meal ideas for older babies.
