Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via Australia post, usually within 48hrs of placing the order. If you live in Australia and are not using any other coupon codes you can get FREE SHIPPING by adding the coupon code FREESHIP at the checkout. It will only work if your order is over $30 and not a sale item. Otherwise shipping starts at $3.50 up to around $12.95 depending on delivery location and weight of products.

A tracking number is provided and signature required on delivery. If a customer chooses to turn this requirement off and the package goes missing we won’t be able to replace it.

During Covid-19 a signature is not always possible so Australia Post is offering a safe drop option with a photograph. 

International orders are sent via Australia Post and then through local carriers in each country. We are not responsible for taxes or duties for international orders, please look these up before your purchase so you are aware of your obligations. 

During Covid-19 some deliveries have been delayed due to limited freight services and limited flights. We apologise for the inconvenience and on our end we will always do our best to get your product on its journey as soon as possible.
