Probiotic Herb Salad Dressing

Probiotic Herb Salad Dressing

 

Equipment:
High-speed blender
Measuring cups, spoons
Glass Jar with lid

Ingredients:
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh herbs, chopped
1 tablespoon honey, optional
Salt and pepper, as desired

Method
Step 1:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high for 30 seconds

Step 2:
Add salt, pepper and honey to taste then spoon into jar and store in fridge

Fresh herb combinations to try:
Mint and parsley
Parsley and dill
Rosemary and sage
Basil and lemongrass

Try substituting rice wine vinegar for Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice for an extra tangy kick!
