A digestion-friendly recipe packed with fibre and natural sweetness. Perfect from 6 months and a great family base meal with our One Meal, Everyone Eats system.

Why this combo works
Prunes are a natural remedy for constipation thanks to their fibre and sorbitol content. Pear adds sweetness, vitamin C and hydration. Ginger gently supports digestion and gives a warming flavour.
