Fish Beet & Potato Puree

Highly nutritious and rich in Calcium, Potassium and vitamin A, beets are of great importance for healthy development of your baby. They also have a very high level of fibre, and their typical vivid purple colour make the food attractive to kids. Fish is absolutely great food to provide your baby complete protein. It contains all amino acids and an amazing source of pure Omega 3s. Potato is the most popular vegetable on the planet. You can add it to the mixes of other vegetables and meat, so to provide your baby with great benefits to its gastrointestinal health, liver protection and provide him with antiviral effect of potatoes.

Fish Beet & Potato Puree 

1 cup of potato, peeled and diced | 1 cup of beetroot, peeled and diced
200 g white fish

Step 1: Cook the potatoes until tender. Drain the potatoes and mash together with the milk until smooth.

Step 2: Simmer fish

Step 3: Divide the fish between few dishes and top with the mashed potato. Cover beet puree.

Step 4: Heat in an oven preheated to 180C for about 15 minutes.
If you want to serve this to small baby take the desired portion and puree in food processor or blender.
