Broccoli Baby Puree

Broccoli is extremely rich in soluble fiber and it can help loosen the bowel, so it perfect to add to your baby food. It is also very convenient for finger food, as its flowers can be attractive to your baby, and the stems are easy to grip. When cooked, brocolli can be soft and mushy. For older kids you can try raw broccoli with dip. We have always called brocolli "trees" in our family, making them a bit more fun.

I have many amazing recipes that contain broccoli - you can get all my recipes now in a printable format by going to http://littlemashies.com.au/free. I found I was spending so much time replying to emails with printable recipes that I was spending too much time away from my daughter so now I've just set it up so you put your email address in and they will all get sent to you automatically (even the ones I haven't published on here). If you are after older kids healthy snacks or smoothies you can check out my ebooks that are for sale, but for baby food recipes > you get them all for free, and don't worry I'll never share your details :) xox Talisha
