So Fresh Greenie Smoothie
Homemade So Fresh Greenie smoothie recipe for Little Mashies reusable food pouches
Do you know anyone who doesn't love strawberries? I don’t. Your little one is also going to enjoy them! You can use them in a large variety of the foods, such as fruit juice, pies, ice creams, smoothies... Kids just love their sweet flavour, juicy texture and bright red color. There are many benefits of strawberries for children, as they are rich in vitamin C, B, calcium, phosphorus and folate. Probably one of the coolest benefits of strawberries is their ability to block pain receptors in the body. On the other hand, you have to be cautious if there is a history of allergies in your family, as strawberries are associated with allergic reactions. That way you better avoid them for your babies until they are at least 1 year old.
