Lemon Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding
Homemade lemon and raspberry chia seed pudding baby food recipe for Little Mashies reusable food pouches
Ingredients:
150 grams raspberries
250 ml cow’s milk or almond milk
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 lemon, juice and zest
1 1/2 tablespoons plain yoghurt (optional)
30 grams chia seeds
Instructions:
Step 1: Puree everything except chia seeds.
Step 2: Stir in chia seeds.
Step 3: Chill for one hour until the chia seeds have expanded.
Step 4: To serve, spoon into Little Mashies pouch filling about halfway and leave in the fridge for up to two days.
