Mango is one of the healthiest fruits you can offer to your baby; rich in vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates it protects the eyesight, fights microbial infections, helps brain development and is easily digestible. Adding some spinach to smoothies, you are providing your kid with lot of benefits: spinach has the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects and thanks to wealth of vitamin K it helps the bone health. Strawberries provide many benefits for children, as they are rich in vitamin C, B, calcium, phosphorus and folate and probably one of the coolest benefits of strawberries is their ability to block pain receptors in the body. As your baby grows the beneficial bacteria in the gut is establishing itself laying the foundations for a healthy immune system, and banana helps provide the prebiotics to feed them.
