I'd love it if you could PIN or SHARE one of my recipes :) It helps my business grow and promotes home cooking amongst parents, which if you can't tell is my major passion in life!
Lots of love,
Talisha and Ariella (Team Little Mashies)
Pineapple is a great source of dietary fibre, manganese, vitamin C and vitamin B1. It has anti-inflammatory properties and is considered a wonderful aid to digestion.
I have many amazing recipes that contain pineapple - you can get all my recipes now in a printable format by going to http://littlemashies.com/free I found I was spending so much time replying to emails with printable recipes that I was spending too much time away from my daughter so now I've just set it up so you put your email address in and they will all get sent to you automatically (even the ones I haven't published on here). If you are after older kids healthy snacks or smoothies you can check out my ebooks that are for sale, but for baby food recipes > you get them all for free, and don't worry I'll never share your details :) xox Talisha
