Zucchini Baby Puree Recipe

Zucchini is ideal for baby food because of its soft, delicate flavour and it can be added to anything without changing the taste. It contains a high level of water and dietary fiber, a small amount of carbohydrates and sugar, and absolutely no fat. As babies grow older you can cut zucchini into long lengths and use for finger food. You can use a peeler and make strips like noodles. For toddlers and older kids zucchini can be eaten raw or cooked. It is great with flavoursome dips or pasta sauces in place of crackers or pasta!

I have many amazing recipes that contain zucchini - you can get all my recipes now in a printable format by going to  I found I was spending so much time replying to emails with printable recipes that I was spending too much time away from my daughter so now I've just set it up so you put your email address in and they will all get sent to you automatically (even the ones I haven't published on here). If you are after older kids healthy snacks or smoothies you can check out my ebooks that are for sale, but for baby food recipes > you get them all for free, and don't worry I'll never share your details :) xox Talisha
