Spinach, Potato And Egg Yolk Baby PureeIngredients:
1 cups of potato, peeled and diced
1/4 cup of spinach
1 boiled egg
Step 1: To boil an egg, place it in a saucepan. Cover with warm water by 1 inch and add a pinch of salt. Over medium heat, slowly bring to a boil. When you have reached a boil, let it cook for about 10 minutes. Move the egg to bowl filled with cold water. Let it cool for at least 5 minutes. Peel, cut in half and scoop out egg yolk. Babies are not recommended egg whites until after 1 year of age.
Step 3: Add the spinach and cook for 3-5 minutes more.
Step 4: Puree the ingredients in a food processor or blender, using a little of the cooking liquid to get a desired smooth consistency (usually 1-2 tablespoons). You can also use breast milk or formula to mix with the puree to make it smoother.
