Salmon Potato and Pea Puree
Salmon, potato and PeaIngredients:
1 large potato, diced
1 cup fresh or frozen peas
110 g canned salmon in spring water, drained
Step 1:Steam potato pieces until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Step 2:Add peas and steam a further 5 minutes.
Step 3:Add the mixture to a food processor or blender and puree together with the canned salmon and cheese. You can add breast milk, water or formula if a smoother consistency is desired.
Step 4:If preparing baby food in bulk freeze the puree into ice-cube trays or straight into Little Mashies reusable food pouches.
