Quick Kids Spaghetti Bolognaise

Spaghetti and pasta generally are introduced to your baby food at about 8 months old. You can start with it slightly pureed, then as the baby gets older roughly mash it, and later serve the same as adults. If there is an intolerance to gluten or wheat there are plenty of gluten free options on the market now. We often use rice noodles or kelp noodles for our pasta! Pasta sauce is a great way to hide vegetables if you need to. I often puree a bunch of vegetables I know my daughter doesn't really eat much of and then hide it in the sauce. Another way is to grate the ingredients so they are super fine. You can pretty much mix whatever vegatables you have in the fridge with minced beef and tomato puree and it will taste delicious. Don't be afraid to experiment.

I have many amazing recipes that contain spaghetti- you can get all my recipes now in a printable format by going to  I found I was spending so much time replying to emails with printable recipes that I was spending too much time away from my daughter so now I've just set it up so you put your email address in and they will all get sent to you automatically (even the ones I haven't published on here). If you are after older kids healthy snacks or smoothies you can check out my ebooks that are for sale, but for baby food recipes > you get them all for free, and don't worry I'll never share your details :) xox Talisha

If you wish to use Little Mashies to feed your bubba baby food whilst out and about (or just save money or have the convenience of a pouch), just go to my online store here. If you are in America you will get Little Mashies much cheaper via USA Amazon by clicking here. Id love if you could please leave me a review as I have hundreds from my website purchases but because I’m new on Amazon I have barely any on there!

PS - I’d love if you could please SHARE Little Mashies with your friends. Word of mouth is how my business grows and it also allows me to help as many people as possible. My goal is to show all parents how cheap and easy it is to make healthy baby food at home.

Lots of love,
