Creamy Spinach Rice Puree
Creamy Spinach Rice PureeIngredients:
1 cup rice (200g)
1.5 cups of home made stock or water
1 cup of spinach
50g of curd
Step 1: In deep skillet, over medium heat, put rice and cook about 15 minutes. Add stock or water to keep mixture moist whilst cooking.
Step 2: Add in spinach and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Puree the spinach, rice and curd in a food processor or blender, using a little of the cooking liquid to get a desired smooth consistency (2 tablespoons). You can also use breast milk or formula to mix with the puree.
