Creamy Spinach Rice Puree

Curd is the product of bacterial fermentation of milk and it is good to use for babies who are lactose intolerant, as during the fermentation lactose is converted to lactic acid and  is then easier to digest. Along with all nutrients from the milk, curd is rich in good bacteria that strengthen the immune system. It also has beneficial enzymes to help with digestion.

I’ve got loads of recipes that contain curd, in my free baby food ebook. It goes through the different stages and has baby food recipes from starting solids all the way to 12mths+ that you can use with or without Little Mashies squeeze containers.
