Cauliflower And Brocolli Baby Porridge
Cauliflower and Broccoli Baby PorridgeIngredients:
2 cups of fresh broccoli (500g)
2 cups of fresh cauliflower (500g)
1 garlic clove (optional)
Step 1: Cut broccoli and cauliflower florets into small pieces.
Step 2: Steam the broccoli, garlic and cauliflower in a stovetop steamer or a Beaba Baby Cook system for about 8 minutes or until soft.
Step 3: Puree ingredients in a food processor or blender, adding a little of the cooking liquid (or water) if needed to make it smooth. For older babies simply mash ingredients together.
Note:This is great to freeze in portions so that you can always have vegetable puree on hand.
