Apricot, Banana and Cinnamon Porridge
Apricot, Banana and Cinnamon PorridgeIngredients:
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup apricots, pitted and diced
3 cups water
Step 1:In a medium pot, bring water to boil. Add steel cut oats and stir. Bring to boil. Simmer for 20-30 minutes or until all the water is absorbed and the oats have cooked through. Quick oats will take less time than traditional oats.
Step 2:Place apricots in small bowl and cover with boiling water. Let soak for 10-20 minutes.
Step 3:Combine all ingredients in the food processor and serve pureed.
