Apple, Banana and Cinnamon Rice Porridge
Apple, Banana and Cinnamon Rice PorridgeIngredients:
1 ripe banana (200g), peeled and chopped
1 ripe apple (200g), peeled, cored and diced
1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon (optional)
Step 1:Steam the diced apples in a stovetop steamer or a Beaba Baby Cook system for about 10 minutes or until soft.
Step 2:Add cinnamon to cooked apple and banana and mash with a fork or purée the fruits in a food processor for a smoother consistency.
For older kids you could try making this in an oven safe dish with a crumble on top... omg delicious! This porridge is also fine to serve and freeze inside Little Mashies squeeze containers.
